Who Are We As Christians? Part 12

Mysteries Revealed Part 1

We are now going to move into revealing "The Mysteries", in order to know Beloved Almighty Lord Jesus Christ as our "Great High Priest" even better thereby growing closer and closer to Him. Remember we are working with "The Tapestry" with "The Golden Thread" (Beloved Almighty Lord Jesus Christ) woven in from The Beginning (Genesis) to The End (Revelation).

We will start with: Revelation

Revelation 10:7: "But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery (secret plan) of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets."

8. "And the voice which I heard from heaven spake unto me again, and said, Go and take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel which standeth upon the sea and upon the earth."

9. "And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me the little book. And he said unto me, Take it, and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey."

10. "And I took the little book out of the angel's hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter."

11. "And he said unto me, Thou must prophesy (preach) again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings."

Now we will move to I Corinthians 15 where Beloved Apostle Paul reveals part of "The Mystery" to us.

I Corinthians 15:20: "but now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept (died)."

21. "For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead."

22. "For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive."

23. "But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming."

24. "Then cometh the end, when he (Jesus) shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he (Jesus) shall have put down all rule and authority and power."

25. "For he (Jesus) must reign, till he (God) hath put all enemies under his feet."

26. "The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death."

27. "For he (God) hath put all things under his (Jesus') feet. But when he (God) saith all things are put under him (Jesus), it is manifest that he (God) is excepted (He is the exception), which did put all things under him (Jesus)."

28. "And when all things shall be subdued unto him (Jesus), then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him (God) that put all things under him (Jesus), that God may be all in all."

The "Revelation" is that our Beloved Almighty Lord Jesus, sitting at "The Right Hand of God", next to "The Throne of Grace" has ALL rule and authority over The (His) World - Beloved Mother Earth - Terra Firma and all that is in Her, especially us - Jew and Gentile (Christians and Heathen).

We will now move to "The Book of Colossians" where Beloved Apostle Paul reveals another part of "The Mystery" to us.

Colossians Chapter 1:

3. "We give thanks to God and the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you,"

NOTE: This still applies today. Though Apostle Paul was "Called Home To Be With The Lord" long ago, he is a member of "Our Beloved Holy Body of Christ", so he and all that went before us ARE praying for us daily, that where they are we may be also.

4. Since we heard of your faith in Christ Jesus, and of the love which ye have to all saints,"

5. "For the hope which is laid up for you in heaven, whereof ye heard before in the word of the truth of the gospel;"

6. "Which is come unto you, as it is in all the world; and bringeth forth fruit, as it doth also in you, since the day ye heard of it, and knew the grace of God in truth:"

9. "For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual unerstanding;"

10. "That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;"

11. "Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;"

12. "Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet (fit) to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:"

13. "Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:"

14. "In whom we have redemption (been set free) through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:"

15. "Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:"

16. For by him (Jesus) were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him (Jesus) and for him (Jesus);"

17. "And he (Jesus) is before all things, and by him (Jesus) all things consist."

18. "And he (Jesus) is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he (Jesus) might have the preeminence."

Preeminence - eminent above other; excelling others.
Eminent - standing higher by comparison with others as rank or achievement; renowned, exalted.

19. "For it pleased the Father that in him (Jesus) should all fulness dwell;"

20. "And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him (Jesus) to reconcile (unite) all things unto himself (God); by him (Jesus); I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven."

21. "And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he (Jesus) reconciled"

22. "In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreprovable in his (God's) sight:

23. "If ye continue in the faith grounded (firm) and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister;"

Beloved Apostle Paul's Calling:

Acts Chapter 9:

3. "And as he journeyed, he came near Damascus: and suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven:"

4. "And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me?"

5. "And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks (oxgoads)."

6. "And he trembling and astonished said, Lord, what wilt thou have me to do? And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the city, and it shall be told thee what thou must do."

7. "And the men which journeyed with him stood speechless, hearing a voice, but seeing no man."

8. "And Saul arose from the earth; and when his eyes were opened, he saw no man (nothing): but they led him by the hand, and brought him into Damscus."

9. "And he was three days without sight, and neither did eat nor drink."

10. "And there was a certain disciple at Damascus, named Ananias; and to him said the Lord in a vision, Ananias. And he said, Behold, I am here, Lord."

11. "And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the street which is called Straight, and inquire (ask) in the house of Judas for one called Saul, of Tarsus: for, behold, he prayeth."

12. "And hath seen in a vision a man named Ananias coming in, and putting his hand on him that he might receive his sight."

13. "Then Ananias answered, Lord, I have heard by many of this man, how much evil he hath done to thy saints at Jerusalem:"

14. "And here he hath authority from the chief priests to bind (arrest) all that call on thy name."

15. "But the Lord said unto him, Go thy way for he is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel:"

16. "For I will shew him how great (many) things he must suffer for my name's sake."

17. "And Ananias went his way, and entered into the house; and putting his hands on him said, Brother Saul, the Lord, even Jesus, that appeared unto thee in the way as thou camest, hath sent me, that thou mightest receive thy sight, and be filled with the Holy Ghost."

18. "And immediately there fell from his eyes as it had been scales: and he received sight forthwith, and arose, and was baptized."

19. "And when he had received meat (eaten food), he was strengthened. Then was Saul certain (several) days with the disciples which were at Damascus."

20. "And straightway he preached Christ (proclaimed Jesus) in the synagogues, that he is the Son of God."

Colossians 1:24: "Who now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up that which is behind of the afflictions of Christ in my flesh for his body's sake, which is the church:"

25."Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfill the word of God;"

26. "Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest (known) to his saints:"

27. "To whom God would make known (reveal) what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:"

28. "Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect (mature) in Christ Jesus:"
